This paper elucidates the different power plant types available in 1943, new ones to be considered, and is principally a guideline for further design and development efforts.

The translation is estimated to be at least 98% accurate, but difficulties arose through the use of arcane expressions in the original text, which demanded much research to find the meaning thereof.

This may have originally been an oral presentation, which would account for some sentences being presented in a somewhat shallow way; the text was aimed at people who knew the subject and omitted certain small details that probably would have appeared in a more formal presentation.
